Our mission
The mission of the Slovak American Enterprise Fund is to act as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth among small and medium sized enterprise in Slovakia.
Milestones
Through September 2006, SAEF invested approximately $49m in total. Of that, $45m went into 48 Slovak companies in the form of equity ($26,5m) or loan ($18,5m) under the program of Direct Investments. The Small Loan Program has provided $4,5m to 51 companies. Since choosing Slovakia as its target market, SAEF has developed invaluable knowledge about the small and medium sized business sector in the country, which has affected its current investment model.
